AAH Jabaskaset Star (Opus One X Crystal Jabask ER) A son of Opus One, a black pure Polish Legion of Honor stallion with National placings in both halter and performance, this gelding is also the grandson of AAF Kaset, an Aladdinn son and the 1984 US National, Canadian National, and Scottsdale Champion. His mother is a GG Jabask daughter out of a Khemosabi daughter out of a Port Bask granddaughter, and my 78-year-old father’s trail mount of choice. Star is bay, and has the rabicano white tail bar along with some underside speckles, besides a large star, a low hind sock, and a partial front sock. Imprinted at birth, this friendly sweetheart always nickers and comes for attention when he sees humans, and is just looking for his own human to bond with. Already 15.1 hands and still growing! True to his champion bloodlines, Star placed first in the AHSI Fort Dodge Stallions and Colts class at 2 months old. At the AHSI Audubon 2003 Colts class, at 4 months, Star again took first then went on to become fourth in the Supreme Champions class against 11 other horses, all older! At the 2004 AHSI Fort Dodge show, he and his brother WH AladdinnRohara took First in Get of Sire! A true champion! Would make an outstanding dressage, endurance or jumping horse--has cleared a 4' fence with ease! Has the temperament for youth or 4-H too! Started under saddle, has trail ride experience already.
