A beautiful bay son of Opus One, a black pure Polish Legion of Honor stallion with National placings in both halter and performance, Laddie is also the grandson of AAF Kaset, an Aladdinn son and the 1984 US National, Canadian National, and Scottsdale Champion. Laddie's mother, Amurath Althea, was shown extensively and placed at Regionals in halter, and is now one of our best trail mares. Shown at 1 month, Laddie took Second in Stallions 3 & under against 2 & 3-year-olds. Shown numerous times since, he has always taken Third or better in Stallions 3 & under. Laddie boasts a wonderful conformation, sweet friendly personality, exceptionally willing personality, quick learner, who's-who bloodlines, including Bask, AAF Kaset, Aladdinn, Naseem, Sambor, GG Samir, Aramus, Firebird, Negativ, Ramses Fayek, Nazeer, and a Sanacht tail female line. Already 15+ hands and still growing! Outstanding Western Pleasure, trail, endurance, or youth prospect. In training at Red Rock Arabians since January, coming along great--definitely show quality, true to his champion bloodlines (see pedigree research below)! At the June 2004 AHSI Fort Dodge show, Laddie and his brother AAH Jabaskaset Star took First in Get of Sire. Under saddle, Laddie took Second in 13-17 Walk-Trot and Third in Over 40 Walk-Trot--wonderful for his first show under saddle! Sold to Leila Woods, Sherman, New York. Congratulations, Leila!
