Opus One's show career includes the prestigious Canadian National Futurity Champion Reserve, two time Canadian National Top Ten and Scottsdale Top Ten. Opus One+ has achieved outstanding records in both Halter and Performance. In 1999, he received the Purebred Arabian Legion of Honor Award. Opus One+ is by National Champion Stallion AAF Kaset, who holds the rare "TRIPLECROWN" title, named US National Champion, Canadian National Champion, and Scottsdale Show Champion all in the same year. AAF Kaset is by US National Champion Stallion *Aladdinn, out of one of the best Negatiw daughters, *Kaseta. Opus One+ is out of the bay *Bask++ daughter Basrina, who is out of the *Sambor daughter Sir WMS Csarina. *Sambor was one of the best Arabians ever raced on the tracks in Poland and the US. Here in the US, *Sambor was named National Champion Race Horse and later proved himself as a producer, siring many race winners. *Sambor's dam *Sabellina, was famous on the track herself, winning the Derby in Poland. Genetically, Opus One+ represents a Kuhailan type of Arabian, with five crosses to the great Kuhailan Haifi in his pedigree. Opus One+ is proven in both the show ring and as a breeding stallion, with his progeny going on to win in both Halter and Performance classes.
